Easter Holiday Drama Days

Join Central Youth Theatre for our Easter Break Drama Days. Exploring a different theme each day, your child will have the opportunity to develop drama skills, confidence and make new friends! 

Suitable for ages 7 to 12, each day will run from 10 am till 3.30pm, you'll also have the opportunity to see your child perform a drama sketch they have created each day. Please ensure your child wears comfortable clothes and brings their own lunch and a water bottle. 

The cost per child per day is £30, however, if you are booking for all 4 of the days the discounted rate is £100. 

For 2 siblings or more there is a discounted rate of £25 per child per day.

The Easter Drama sessions will take place at the Newhampton Arts Centre Studio Block. Dunkley Street, Wolverhampton WV1 4AN.

Day 1,
14th April 2025: Harry Potter

Calling all wonderful Wizards! Are you a Gryffindor,
Hufflepuff, Slytherin or Ravenclaw? Find out as you enter the Wizarding World
of Harry Potter with this fun packed drama day. Throughout the day you’ll have
the opportunity to test your skills through magical challenges and activities. You’ll
also have the opportunity  to create your
own Wizarding drama which will be shared with an audience of family at the end
of the day.

Day 2,
15th April 2025: Spring Into Drama

In this fun packed day, we will be celebrating spring with
lots of drama, games and activities. Throughout the day you’ll have the
opportunity to create a spring themed craft to take home. You’ll also have the
chance to work as a team to create a short drama performance which will be
shared to an audience of family at the end of the day. Of course we will also
have our spring egg hunt, with prizes to be won!

Day 3, 16th April 2025: Mystery, Detectives and Spies

Are you ready to discover exciting mysteries, develop
terrific characters and unravel thrilling stories? Well this is the day for
you! Join Central Youth Theatre as we create brilliant mystery stories with
smart detectives and cunning spies. Throughout the day you’ll have the
opportunity as a team to uncover a mystery set out for you as well as to create
your own mystery drama. At the end of the day you’ll have the opportunity to
share this with friends and family. 

Day 4,
17th  April 2025: Disney

Step into the imaginative world of Disney with this enchanting
day. Have fun exploring your favourite characters and stories through exciting
activities and games. You’ll even have the opportunity to bring some of your
favourite stories to life and develop your acting skills whilst creating a Disney
themed sketch to share with family at the end of the day.
